Refund Policy

EaseMyReno acts as a sourcing and coordination platform and does not directly perform renovation work. However, we manage vendor engagement and project delivery on your behalf.

• Payments: All payments are to be made to EaseMyReno only. We will distribute payments to vendors accordingly and ensure accountability at every stage.

• Refund Requests: If you are unsatisfied with any part of the service, please contact us immediately. Refunds or service rectifications will be assessed based on the scope of the original agreement and vendor performance.

• Unauthorized Agreements: Any services arranged directly between client and vendor—without the knowledge or involvement of EaseMyReno—are outside our responsibility and will not be eligible for refund or mediation.

Our goal is to deliver a reliable, transparent renovation experience. We will always strive to resolve issues fairly and promptly.
