• Sourcing & Coordination Role: EaseMyReno provides renovation sourcing and coordination services. A service charge will be applied for our sourcing efforts, vendor liaison, and project oversight.

• Project Oversight: All project timelines and execution will be coordinated and managed by EaseMyReno. We act as your main point of contact from planning to completion to ensure smooth delivery.

• Quotation Process: Final quotations for works will be prepared and provided by EaseMyReno. Work will only commence upon approval of this quotation.

• Vendor Communication: Clients are strongly advised not to make direct payments or enter private arrangements with vendors. Any discussions or agreements made outside of EaseMyReno’s knowledge are solely the responsibility of the client and vendor.

• Intellectual Property: All content and materials on this website, including text, design, and images, are the property of EaseMyReno and may not be reused without written permission.

EaseMyReno reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
